Q: When is the rent due?
A: Your rent is due by the anniversary date each month. A late fee will be applied to your account the 5th day after your anniversary date.
Q: When does the rent start to accrue?
A: The rent starts accruing the day the rental contract is signed. This date is also considered your anniversary date.
Q: Will you send me a bill?
A: No. To reduce our overhead costs, we do not send out monthly invoices. Therefore, it is up to the customer to make sure their payment reaches the Management Office by the anniversary date of each month.
Q: How long is the agreement to rent a unit?
A: We have no fixed length agreements. Our agreements continue month to month.
Q: What can I store in my rental unit?
A: Is it easier to say what you should not store in your rental unit. You should not store explosives, or any flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, hazardous, or pollutant material which would cause danger or nuisance to the facility or other renters.
Q: Is there insurance on my property stored there?
A: We do not have insurance available on the contents. You should contact your insurance agent about the availability of insurance.
Q: Can I live or put my pets in my rental unit?
A: No. There are no facilities available to support living in our units. No pets of any kind will be allowed to be stored in our units.
Q: How do I terminate my rental unit?
A: We need written notice five days prior to your anniversary date. We expect all property to be removed and the storage unit cleaned prior to the anniversary date.
